Title: “A Celebration of Blessing”
Text: Ephesians 1.1-3
Intro: The Ephesians needed to hear Paul sing his song of hope in the superior power of God in these opening verses! And we do too! The immensity of the challenges both outside and inside of us make us want to run from God’s calling at times. “The challenge is too great. I can’t do this” we cry. So how do we face all the challenges that are greater than our resources? Let us join our praises to our prayers, as Paul does here, and sing in our hearts of God’s superior blessings which are ours in Christ our Savior.
1. Let us sing of God’s power in us.
2. Let us sing of God’s purpose for us.
3. Let us sing of God’s preservation of us.
