Title: “Remember!”
Text: Ephesians 2.11-13
Intro: Remember is one of the most important words in the Bible. Here Paul uses it to underscore the necessity of remembering who we are and whose we are by the reconciling blood of the Son. We are no longer separated from Christ but joined to him and all the blessings of our salvation. No longer an alien but a son. No longer cut off from God and hopeless but united to God forever. We must ponder these truths regularly so that our hearts may learn humility and hope before God. Learn to submit to him always out of his sheer goodness to you in Christ.
1. Remember what you once were.
2. Remember whose you now are.
